Parts Lists
The above example shows a typical 'multi-level' Parts-List. On the left you can see a list of parts. These parts belong to a special category called 'Assemblies'. -- Assemblies are parts which exist in your inventory but which can be assembled using other parts and materials from your inventory. On the left you can see that one item in the list is highlighted in yellow. Whichever item is selected in the left hand window is instantly broken down to its component parts displayed on the right.

Multi-level? - In the left-hand list box you can see that most rows are offset slightly to the right. The item at the top of the list is the 'Top Level Assembly' and the rows below are at a lower level which means they're 'inside' the higher level directly above. There's no limit to the number of items you can have in your parts lists or the number of levels (assemblies within assemblies).

Also notice the price column to the right. Parts-List Manager maintains cost prices down to 5 decimal places because some very low cost consumable items might cost less than 0.01 each. What you can't see on the above example is that the total cost of each assembly is also calculated and displayed at the bottom of the window. Of course miniMrp is more than happy to manage single level parts lists too.
